Most recently, Rob realized a lifelong dream by stepping into the role of Beast in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast with Magnolia Musical Theatre. He has performed both internationally and across the United States and is always eager for opportunities to travel. While the majority of his work is on stage, Rob is actively expanding into on-camera projects.

Rob is a graduate of the North East School of the Arts and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Voice Performance from the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University.

Rob Quehl is a boldly versatile performer whose work spans multiple genres across stage and screen. His artistic goal is simple: create art, entertain, and have fun doing it!

Currently based in Texas, Rob spent over a decade building his career in the Chicago theatre scene. During that time, he had the privilege of working with some of Chicago's most illustrious theatres, including Steppenwolf Theatre, where he originated the role of Juanga in the world premiere stage and audio adaptation of I Am Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter, adapted by Isaac Gómez from the novel by Erika L. Sánchez.

Other companies he has collaborated with include Porchlight Music Theatre, Rivendell Theatre, and The House Theatre, among others.
